Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

In plain words

The short version

Use the site for personal reflection, not as professional advice. The mystical content is symbolic; the psychological content is educational. The content is ours unless noted, provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. The full terms below take precedence.

An old library reading room with rows of legal-bound volumes lining high shelves, a single open page on a wooden podium, late afternoon sun falling across the upper galleries
The slow architecture of a shared understanding — agreements written down so neither side has to remember alone.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this site (the “Service,” “site,” or “we”). By using We’re All Unique, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We aim to keep these Terms plain, honest, and reasonable — if anything is unclear, please reach out through our Contact page.

1. Use of the Service

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates law or another person’s rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the systems it runs on.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without our written permission.
  • Use automated tools to send excessive requests, spam, abuse, or otherwise impair the Service for other users.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the Service you confirm you meet that age requirement.

2. Informational, Not Advice

All content on This site is provided for general informational, educational, and self-reflective purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. In particular:

  • Mystical content — zodiac, tarot, angel numbers, dream meanings, compatibility readings, and similar material — is symbolic and is offered as entertainment and reflection only. It is not science, not prediction, and not fact.
  • Psychological content — including pages about personality, attachment, career fit, and related frameworks — is educational. It is not clinical assessment, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional.
  • Nothing here is medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal rights.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content you read on We’re All Unique.

Paid feature

Who Are U? — Paid Reading and Refunds

Who Are U? is an optional paid feature. For a single payment of $9 (one-time, not a subscription), you receive your full personalised written analysis on screen, the ability to download it as a PDF, and up to three live follow-up questions about your results. Payment is processed by Polar (polar.sh) as Merchant of Record; any applicable taxes are calculated and handled by Polar at checkout.

Before you pay

  • Single session. For your privacy we do not store your answers on our servers, so your reading can only be produced in the same browser tab you started in. Please keep that tab open through checkout and download your report before you leave. If the session is lost, your answers cannot be recovered and would need to be entered again.
  • For reflection, not advice. Who Are U? draws on established psychological and philosophical frameworks, but it is not a psychological or medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. The reading is generated by an automated system and is intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not legal or financial advice either.

Refund policy

If something goes wrong, your payment is protected. If your payment succeeds but we cannot produce your reading — for example, our analysis service is temporarily unavailable, a technical error prevents delivery, or the product has a genuine defect — you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In the common case where the reading simply cannot be generated, this refund is issued automatically, so you are never charged for a reading you did not receive; for any other qualifying problem within that window, email us at support@wereallunique.com and we will refund you in full.

To set expectations honestly: this is a guarantee against something going wrong, not a general “changed my mind” or satisfaction refund. Once your reading has been delivered as described, the $9 is non-refundable except where a genuine fault applies or where local consumer-protection law gives you a further right. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Polar.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or behave in ways that harm the Service or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on We’re All Unique — including text, articles, design, illustrations, logos, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where explicitly allowed by law (for example, brief quotations with attribution).

Third-party trademarks and content referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or editorial purposes only.

5. User-Submitted Content

If we offer a way for you to submit content — feedback, suggestions, birth details for a calculation, or anything else — you confirm that you have the right to share it, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

We may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (including hosting, analytics, payment, and advertising providers). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third parties. When you follow an external link or use a third-party service, you are subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

7. No Warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content will be accurate, complete, or current.

Astrological, numerological, tarot-based, and dream-interpretation content is symbolic and inherently imprecise. Psychological content is educational and simplified. You accept this limitation as part of using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using this site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, give notice through the Service. Continued use of this site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence continue to apply where they give you greater rights.

13. Contact

We’re All Unique is an independent project. Questions about these Terms? Email us at support@wereallunique.com or reach us through our Contact page. See also our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.
